A world’s first near gasless mint experience on Moonbeam — setting a new gold standard for NFT projects
As a creator of high fidelity NFT experiences, the Exiled Racers team have been absolutely determined to create smoother, better, faster interactions for its users — regardless of where they are in their journey. The challenge right now is that current user experiences — especially on other L1 blockchains — like Ethereum, are often cost prohibitive to users.
Although gas prices on Moonbeam are drastically lower — determined to ensure the best possible user experience — we reached out to the Biconomy team — an incredibly well known and thoughtful company, deeply focused on solving the gas friction issue with some of the largest crypto native projects in the worlds including Decentraland, Curve Finance, Decentral Games and more.
We presented the new mint and user experience to the Biconomy team knowing that we, in partnership, have the opportunity to set the new Gold standard for other NFT projects to come on Moonbeam — ensuring users enjoy a simple, frictionless experience on Moonbeam. While long term we can’t cover all user gas experiences — we believe the interaction with Moonbeam NFT mints and more — especially for those not native to the blockchain world — should be as friction free as possible.

To help us bring this frictionless user mint vision to life — the Biconomy team granted the EXR team a partnership gas grant and support by providing;
- Technical support to ensure integrations with the Biconomy tools are seamless
- Financial support to make near gasless transactions possible for users
- Marketing support to ensure the Moonbeam ecosystem and beyond is aware of what’s possible for NFT projects
